these drawings are all made with Bic pens. the first two are life-sized portraits, and the others are smaller anatomical studies of nude models, and from a visit to the morgue. i continue to use Bic pens in my newer mixed media work. i’m attracted to these crappy pens because they’re cheap & lo-fi, like the construction paper i use in my animations
mail art
these are some collaborations i made with my artist friends, where someone would start a drawing/painting/collage, and then mail it to another person to add on to, and mail it off again, and so on and so on
